Get ready for a culinary adventure like no other! We're taking you on a trip to the streets of Rome and straight into the kitchens of Italian grandmas. it's time to get your hands dirty in our interactive cooking class. You will make Potatoes gnocchi from scratch and Classic Tiramisu. After all that cooking, you'll need to refuel. We've got a delightful lunch planned, featuring classic sauces to add some extra flavor to your pasta creations. We'll start with some drool-worthy treats like Suppli and Bruschetta, which change with the seasons to keep things fresh. Spiaggetta is a BYOB venue we'll send you a link with recipes and pictures of the class.

Thursday Night is for "Cacio e Pepe" We bring Rome to your table

Cacio e pepe is a classic Roman pasta dish. It translates to "cheese and pepper" in Italian and is known for its simplicity and rich, peppery flavor. The dish typically consists of spaghetti, Pecorino Romano cheese, and black pepper, with the pasta's starchy water used to create a creamy sauce.
