Booking Requirements:
Minimum Attendance: 14 guests are required.
Advance Reservation: Classes must be scheduled and reserved at least 30 days in advance.
Classes are only available Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 3:30 pm
- Classes are BYOB and include a 3 course lunch

Thursday Night is for "Cacio e Pepe" We bring Rome to your table
Cacio e pepe is a classic Roman pasta dish. It translates to "cheese and pepper" in Italian and is known for its simplicity and rich, peppery flavor. The dish typically consists of spaghetti, Pecorino Romano cheese, and black pepper, with the pasta's starchy water used to create a creamy sauce.
